Middlesex County Bar Association Offers College Scholarships

Submitted by Middlesex County Bar Association

(February 23, 2024) — Attorney Richard F. Paladino, Chair of the Middlesex County Bar Association Scholarship Committee, has announced that the Middlesex County Bar Association will, once again, award a total of $3,000 in funding for two scholarships of $1,500 each.

The Association’s President, Attorney Ann Marie Rocco, has graciously continued this scholarship program and the expansion of eligibility this year to include both seniors attending Middlesex County high schools and all high school seniors residing within Middlesex County, but attending schools elsewhere. President Rocco emphasizes that this opens up the scholarship opportunity to more of our County residents.

This year’s Law Day theme is “Voices of Democracy,” to encourage participation in our elections, have honest and civil discussions, and free and fair elections.

The award recipients will be honored at our Law Day luncheon on May 3, 2024.

Applications can be obtained from Attorney Paladino and any questions can be answered by contacting him at rfpgwpsherwood@aol.com. The deadline to receive applications is April 5, 2024.
