Gerald Strums, 20, of Burnside Ave, East Hartford, was taken into custody on a arrest warrant stemming from an alleged threat made to a Higganum Dunkin Donuts employee in October 2018. Strums was charged with Threatening 2nd degree and Breach of peace. Strums was released on a $2,500 non surety bond and to appear at Middlesex Superior court on February 26.
