Erik Lafountain, 37, of Haywardville Road, East Haddam, was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant, stemming from an investigation into a stolen portable generator from residential driveway on Maple Avenue West, Higganum, on January 7, 2019. Lafountain was charged with Larceny 6th degree and Simple trespass. Lafountain was held on a $1,000 non surety bond and into the custody of Connecticut Parole Division officers.
