Presentation on Next Steps for Higganum Center Revitalization on Dec. 11, 2019

Come hear about the specific steps needed for Higganum’s revitalization. Mullin Associates, the consultant firm hired by the town to guide us through this process, will summarize their findings from the charrettes that were held in the fall, and present their recommendations based on the public input they received.
