I just read the most delightful article, by Clark Judge, about how the KAA (Killingworth Ambulance Association) came to be. Not only is the story interesting and historic, it lets us have a glimpse into the town’s past. It’s fascinating! When you learn of all of these individuals who played very significant roles, you can’t help but be grateful.

While I am unfortunately not acquainted with virtually any mentioned, I do know Jim Lally, and I don’t know a more “stand up guy.” Thank you to all who were involved in KAA’s development and continued operation. A donation is on the way. And it was really very lovely to learn more about the local lore of our wonderful little town!
