KVFC rescues hiker at Chatfield Hollow

Hiker rescue at Chatfield Hollow, KVFC.

(September 14, 2021) Yesterday KVFC members responded to Chatfield Hollow for an injured hiker about a half mile into the woods. The hiker was quickly located and stabilized. Due to rough terrain members utilized a stokes basket and harnesses to safely remove and carry the patient out of the woods.
