SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO YOUR HOME

(Dec. 2, 2020) — How this Holiday season is marked in 2020 will be like no other in recent memory. An annual visit with Santa Claus will also be vastly different.
To accommodate families who would like to provide children of all ages a visit with jolly Ol’ St. Nick, Billy Niedbala, a life-long fan and close friend of Santa Claus, has organized a “virtual” opportunity to bring the chief resident of the North Pole directly into your home via a Zoom Interactive session.
As an extra special Christmas present for the Ivoryton Playhouse, Santa has donated 27 visit opportunities (over three Sundays) as a way to raise funds to help keep our local theatre afloat.
On Sunday, December 6th, 13th and 20th Santa Claus will Zoom call into your home for a 15 minute chat with your children and family. Starting at 3pm – 6pm, Zoom video calls cost $50 for a 15 minute visit (starting at 3pm, 3:20pm and 3:40pm and so on until 5:40pm each date).
“Zoom will, without a doubt, serve as the bridge in connecting friends and families during the holidays in 2020” said Niedbala. “With Covid-19, the opportunities to visit Santa in person will be severely limited. Thankfully, I had a great conversation with Santa back on Labor Day and he has agreed to partner with me in arranging virtual visits with any interested families this year! If I can help facilitate a memorable experience between families and Santa for 2020 via this virtual platform, it will truly be an honor to do so! The Ivoryton Playhouse is also a cause close to Santa’s heart.”
