In celebration of Read Across America Day, or Dr. Seuss Day, Haddam Firefighter Mike Miller visited Haddam-Killingworth Middle School to participate in the school’s Mystery Reader Program.
On March 3, 2020 Firefighter Miller read “Oh the Places You’ll Go” (1990) by Dr. Seuss to a seventh-grade pre-algebra class and led a discussion with the students afterward. The school hopes to make this an annual event.
