Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

Dare we say this Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte is better than Starbucks? It’s true! This delicious drink takes less than 15 minutes to whip up and will warm you up from head to toe! Ditch the $5+ drink and drive-thru line for this homemade latte.


• 1 cup coffee
• 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
• 1 cup milk of your choice – whole, almond, coconut, etc.
• 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1-2 teaspoon sweetener of your choice – stevia, cane sugar, or maple syrup
• Whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon for serving, if desired


Step 1

Put the coffee, milk, and pumpkin puree into a pot over the stove on medium heat

Step 2

Heat for 7-10 minutes and keep mixing until the puree is melted into the coffee and milk

Step 3

Add all additional ingredients and mix together for a 2-3 minutes

Step 4

Pour latte into a mug and let it cool down for a few minutes (careful, it’ll be hot!).

Step 5

If desired, add your whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon to top your latte off.
