(April 25, 2023) — The Haddam Killingworth High School Girls tennis team was defeated by Coginchaug in Durham on April 24, 2023, despite a series of competitive matches.
HK’s first doubles, Brenna Lonergan and Maggie Singer, recorded their second win of the season with 6-0 6-2 over Alex Nick and Issy Weissberg. HK’s second singles, Adrianna Wolf, battled through a 5-7 first set versus Coginchaug’s Sydney Ross only to fall in the second 1-6.  HK’s Jenna LeMontagne, at third singles, forced a third set, but fell, 2-6, 6-2, 4-6.
