The Haddam Resident Troopers Office is investigating a commercial burglary at The Merchant House (1583 Saybrook Road) which occurred Feb. 1, 2022 at approximately 11:50 a.m. in the Town of Haddam.  Forced entry was gained and taken was a Craftsman standing drill press and other assorted tools.  Surveillance footage from a nearby business depicts a light-colored SUV (possibly a Mazda) as the suspect vehicle.
