The Haddam Neck Cemetery will have our Memorial Day Service at the Rock Landing Cemetery on May 19, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.  This ceremony has been put on by the cemetery association for well over 100 years. The Moodus Drum and Fife will play patriotic songs and we will have a past commander of the East Hampton VFW give a speech on what Memorial Day means to him. All veterans graves will have new flags put on them. We welcome people to bring flowers to put on the veterans graves. Children are encouraged to decorate their bicycles, scooters or wagons in a patriotic way. Prizes will be awarded. The Haddam Neck Fair will supply snacks for all.
