(Nov. 13, 2020) — The Haddam-Killingworth High School Varsity Girls Soccer team was victorious in their Shoreline Conference semifinal game today, beating East Hampton by a score of 2-0.

Captain Morgan Madore

Kedarjah Lewis scored with just 26 seconds left in the first half.  She received a nice corner assist from Morgan Madore.  In the second half, Lewis scored again for the Cougars.  Brianna Nugent was in goal and made three saves for HK.

The girls move onto the Shoreline Conference Finals, on Monday, awaiting the winner of the Lyme-Old Lyme/Coginchaug game.

The girls soccer team would also like to congratulate their fellow students and athletes at HKHS.  A big congratulations to the cross country boys who won their seventh SLC cross country title, the girls volleyball team who just won the SLC finals today, and the boys soccer team who also won their semifinal SLC tournament game today.
