The Cougars lost their second game in a row on Nov. 2, 2020, a first for Coach Shea in his second season.
Haddam Killingworth High School Varsity Girls Soccer team let in two early goals, losing some early momentum. They scored late, with 7:21 left in the half, when Maggie Singer found Morgan Madore. Madore scored the only goal in the game for HK.
After Madore’s goal, HK stepped it up and dominated possession and had a strong counter press. Unfortunately, time ran out.  Brianna Nugent and Sophia Torello combined in goal for HK, with five saves.
HK’s next game is on Tuesday, Nov. 3, when they travel to play Cromwell High School.
