The Haddam Killingworth High School Girls Varsity Soccer team defeated Waterford 2-1 in the first round of the Class M State Tournament today, Nov. 12, 2019. Both HK goals were scored by Leah Sosnowski, and the Waterford goal was scored by Khaylin Hatcher.
HK’s goalie, Kelsey Lonergan, had 14 saves. Waterford’s goalie, McKenzie Gregory, had 7 saves.
