Route 81 in Higganum Center is scheduled to be milled on Friday, October 29th. 

Haddam’s Public Works Crew will be putting cones out Thursday afternoon, October 28th to prepare for the state to mill the road on Friday morning.  If visiting the Higganum Center on Friday, please be prepared to find alternate parking.
