(March 18, 2023) — Miss Bugsy is a young forty pound female who is a mixed breed dog looking for her forever home.  Bugsy was found roaming in Newtown more than a month ago and was never claimed.
She can be a bit skittish in the beginning, but once she warms up to you, she is the silliest and sweetest girl! She gets a bit rambunctious when she gets excited, so Newtown Animal Control would prefer she goes to a home without young children. She knows basic obedience commands, and they are working on her jumping. Bugsy would do wonderfully in an active home that will take her on long walks, runs, hikes, and play ball with her!
She loves other dogs and tested well with cats. Bugsy is spayed, microchipped, and up-to- date on her vaccines.
