Helios is our hunk of the week.
Helios is a:
- Male
- Pit bull type dog
- About 1 year old
- House trained
- Crate trained
- Walks well on a leash
- Knows basic commands
- Good with other dogs
- Cannot live with cats
- Good with respectful children 10 years old or older (has not been tested with younger children)
Helios came to Furry Friends Rescue as an owner surrender. His family had saved him from a local pound while their cat was lost. The cat came home and they discovered that Helios cannot live with cats. They saw a post for him on a group and contacted the owner.
Helios will be moving to a foster home this coming week. Once he settles and is neutered, he will be ready for a brand new forever home. He will make a fantastic family member.
He would love an active family who will take him out and about and introduce him to new people, places and things, and also a family who will continue his training.
