Wolf Scouts from the Connecticut Rivers Council Pack 40, Den 7 Higganum visited Haddam Volunteer Fire Company on Feb. 3, 2019 while working on a Hometown Heroes adventure. Lt. Tony Lafo spoke to the boys about firefighting and offered them a tour of Engine 6-13 and Rescue 5-13. Scouts had the opportunity to try on an air pack, sit inside a firetruck, and hold Hurst rescue equipment.
