Contents of Nehemiah House B&B being Auctioned

PRESS RELEASE

After an eight and a half year run as a popular Bed and Breakfast the Nehemiah House is ready to write a new chapter.

Originally built in 1765 for the Brainerd Family the home has since had a notable history.

The home has also been owned by best-selling novelist Katharine Brush who had the home moved from the main road to its present position and put an addition onto the home in 1932.

Current owners Maryan and Jeff Muthersbaugh bought the property in 2002 and put the home through an extensive renovation before opening the Bed and Breakfast.

The Nehemiah House B & B has been recognized by Yankee Magazine’s “Best of New England” and Featured on  HGTV’s “If Walls Could Talk.”

The property has recently been sold and the House of Thrift Consignment and Estate Sales has been retained to conduct an online Estate Auction to sell the contents of the three homes on this 5 acre property.

Estate Sale manager Mel Pelletier reveals, “There is a great mix of new and old, as well as interesting items in the home. This is a good one!!”

Anyone interested in getting a piece of Nehemiah House History should check out this sale. Auction starts on Thursday July 25, 2019 and will run for 7 days at www.clearinghouseestatesales.com under the name Nehemiah House Bed and Breakfast.
