The Brainerd Memorial Library in Haddam is sponsoring a Candidate Forum for the two candidates for the office of First Selectman of Haddam: Republican incumbent Robert McGarry and Democrat Sean Donlan. This will be a virtual event. Scheduled for Thursday morning, October 21, 2021, the forum will be moderated by Library Director Tom Piezzo and Library Trustee Kent Jarrell, who is a former Washington D.C. journalist.
The forum will be taped and be immediately made available for public viewing on the internet.
Members of the community are encouraged to participate by submitting questions in advance that will be incorporated into the event. Community members should send questions to tpiezzo@brainerdlibrary.org by Tuesday, October 19, 2021.
