The Haddam Killingworth High School Cougars Boys Tennis team defeated Old Saybrook High School and The Morgan School in Shoreline Conference matches this week by identical 4-3 scores. “Our newer guys are finding their places on the team and are beginning to show match confidence, taking some pressure off our veterans,” said Coach Pakus. “Also, notice that we are playing competitive matches at all positions which is every coach’s goal. It keeps the interest level up as well as the desire to play more and improve. Eddie, Joe, John and Luke really made great contributions this week.”
